All products are made according to customer-provided specifications.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed or quoted are subject to change without notice.
Orders enter production only after payment has been received and artwork approval has been completed.
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork proofs before production.
Approval confirms acceptance of:
- Design layout
- Colors
- Dimensions
- Text and spelling
- Patch backing options
- Manufacturing specifications
Once approved, changes may not be possible.
Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, logos, trademarks, graphics, or designs, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to use such materials or have obtained proper authorization.
247 Custom Patches is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes arising from customer-submitted artwork.
Production Variations
Due to manufacturing processes, slight variations in color, size, embroidery density, stitching, PVC molding, and patch appearance may occur.
Such variations are considered acceptable industry standards.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 247 Custom Patches shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
Refunds and Returns
