Thank you for choosing 247 Custom Patches. We take pride in delivering high-quality custom patches, embroidered patches, PVC patches, chenille patches, woven patches, iron-on patches, Velcro patches, and custom logo patches made to your specifications.
Custom-Made Products
All products sold by 247 Custom Patches are custom manufactured according to customer-provided artwork, designs, logos, text, colors, and specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation before artwork approval and before production starts.
Once artwork has been approved and manufacturing has commenced, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an order that contains a manufacturing defect or differs significantly from the approved artwork proof, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To submit a claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the defect or error
- After review, we may, at our discretion:
- Remake the affected products
- Replace the defective items
- Issue a partial or full refund
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all digital artwork proofs before production.
247 Custom Patches is not responsible for errors, spelling mistakes, design issues, dimensions, colors, or specifications that were approved by the customer during the proofing process.
Color and Size Variations
Minor variations in thread colors, PVC colors, patch dimensions, embroidery density, placement, and overall appearance may occur during manufacturing and are considered normal industry standards. Such variations do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
Shipping Delays
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, labor disruptions, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
